Filling the Gaps in the
Québec Healthcare System

With the help of our over 200 volunteers and our team of medical professionals, we’re here to make sure you get the healthcare you deserve

Bridging the Gap

Your medical emergencies cannot wait. Unfortunately there can be long wait times, and confusion as to where to receive the best care right away. Refuah V’Chesed has made it their mission to help people see the right specialists, and receive the proper treatment on time. Because of our amazing team and volunteers, we’ve helped countless families navigate the healthcare system, and receive life saving treatment at no extra cost.

The Extra Mile

We’re deepening the definition of the word “care.” In addition to our main referral department, we offer an array of case management, transportation and hospitality services. Such services include: transportation to and from appointments, providing Kosher food, entertainment for children and seniors and so much more. We know how difficult it is for families to deal with a sick loved one, which is why we’re with you every step of the way.

We Make It Easy

We shave off all medical jargon, and explain diagnoses to our patients with absolute clarity. Communicating the right information is the first step to effective treatment. Our team will explain your illness, and make sure you understand treatments, lifestyle adjustments and keep you informed all the way through.

Human,
Meet Humans

We are a compassionate group of professionals who are dedicated to providing you with guidance and support during the most difficult times of serious illness. We understand the emotional toll that illness can take on individuals and their loved ones, and we are here to offer comfort and care every step of the way.

Clear, Efficient, and
Backed by Heart.

What we do (and what we don’t):
We do our best to see patients with emergencies RIGHT AWAY, where we always prioritize life-threatening situations. We care about our patients and want to help. However, if your situation is not critical, please understand there is a possibility that you may need to wait.
